Personal Data Register
In compliance with the RGPD and the LOPD-GDD, we inform you that the personal data collected by Connecta Elementos y Sistemas S.L. through the forms provided on its pages will be incorporated and processed in our files to facilitate, expedite, and fulfill the commitments established between Connecta Elementos y Sistemas S.L. and the User, or to maintain the relationship established through the forms they complete, or to address any request or inquiry from them. Additionally, in accordance with the RGPD and the LOPD-GDD, unless the exception provided in Article 30.5 of the RGPD applies, a record of processing activities is maintained, specifying, according to their purposes, the processing activities carried out and the other circumstances established in the RGPD.
Principles Applicable to the Processing of Personal Data
The processing of the User's personal data will be subject to the following principles outlined in Article 5 of the GDPR and Article 4 and subsequent articles of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights:

- Principle of Purpose Limitation: Personal data will be collected for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes.

Categories of Personal Data
The categories of data processed by Connecta Elementos y Sistemas S.L. are solely identification data. Under no circumstances are special categories of personal data, as defined in Article 9 of the GDPR, processed.
Legal Basis for the Processing of Personal Data
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is consent. Connecta Elementos y Sistemas S.L. is committed to obtaining the explicit and verifiable consent of the User for the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes.
The User has the right to withdraw their consent at any time. Withdrawing consent will be as easy as giving it. As a general rule, the withdrawal of consent will not affect the use of the Website.

Personal Data of Minors
In accordance with Article 8 of the GDPR and Article 7 of the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Personal Data Protection and Digital Rights Guarantee, only individuals aged 14 or older may provide valid consent for the processing of their personal data by Connecta Elementos y Sistemas S.L. For individuals under 14 years old, consent from parents or guardians is required for the processing of their data, and this consent will only be considered valid if it has been authorized by the parents or guardians.
Confidentiality and Security of Personal Data
Connecta Elementos y Sistemas S.L. is committed to adopting the necessary technical and organizational measures, according to the level of security appropriate to the risk of the collected data, to ensure the security of personal data and to prevent accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, or alteration of personal data transmitted, stored, or otherwise processed, or unauthorized communication or access to such data.
The Website has an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate, which ensures that personal data is transmitted securely and confidentially, as the transmission of data between the server and the User, and vice versa, is fully encrypted.
However, since Connecta Elementos y Sistemas S.L. cannot guarantee the invulnerability of the internet or the total absence of hackers or others accessing personal data fraudulently, the Data Controller undertakes to notify the User without undue delay if a personal data breach occurs that is likely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals. According to Article 4 of the GDPR, a personal data breach is understood as any breach of security that leads to the destruction, loss, or accidental or unlawful alteration of personal data transmitted, stored, or otherwise processed, or unauthorized communication or access to such data.
Personal data will be treated as confidential by the Data Controller, who undertakes to inform and ensure through a legal or contractual obligation that such confidentiality is respected by its employees, associates, and any person to whom the information is made accessible.
Rights Related to the Processing of Personal Data
The User has the following rights over Connecta Elementos y Sistemas S.L. and may therefore exercise these rights with the Data Controller, as recognized in the GDPR and the Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights:
- Right of Access: It is the User's right to obtain confirmation from Connecta Elementos y Sistemas S.L. as to whether or not their personal data is being processed, and if so, to obtain information about their specific personal data and the processing that Connecta Elementos y Sistemas S.L. has performed or is performing. This includes, among other things, information available on the origin of such data and the recipients of the communications that have been made or are planned for the same.
- Right to rectification: It is the User's right to have their personal data rectified if it is inaccurate or, considering the purposes of the processing, incomplete.

- Right to Restriction of Processing: It is the User's right to limit the processing of their personal data. The User has the right to obtain the restriction of processing when they contest the accuracy of their personal data; the processing is unlawful; the Data Controller no longer needs the personal data, but the User needs it for making claims; and when the User has objected to the processing.
- Right to Data Portability: In cases where the processing is carried out by automated means, the User shall have the right to receive from the Data Controller their personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transmit those data to another Data Controller. Whenever technically feasible, the Data Controller will directly transmit the data to the other Data Controller.
- Right to Object: It is the User's right to ensure that their personal data is not processed or to cease the processing of such data by Connecta Elementos y Sistemas S.L.
- Right Not to Be Subject to Decisions Based Solely on Automated Processing, Including Profiling: It is the User's right not to be subject to an individualized decision based solely on the automated processing of their personal data, including profiling, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.

In cases where representation is permitted, the identification of the person representing the User, as well as the document proving the representation, will also be required. It is necessary for the User to have read and agreed to the conditions regarding the protection of personal data outlined in this Privacy Policy, as well as to accept the processing of their personal data so that the Data Controller can proceed with it in the manner, for the periods, and for the purposes indicated. The use of the Website will imply acceptance of its Privacy Policy.
Connecta Elementos y Sistemas S L reserves the right to modify its Privacy Policy, either at its own discretion or due to changes in legislation, case law, or guidelines from the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
